Returns

The buyer has the right to exchange goods of good quality for a similar product from the seller from whom this product was purchased, if the specified product did not fit in shape, size, style, color, size or configuration, within fourteen days, not counting the day of its purchase. If the buyer does not want to exchange the purchased goods for the same, then he has the right to refuse to execute the contract of sale and to demand the return of the amount paid for the specified goods.

The buyer has the right to exchange and return the goods under the following conditions: the purchased goods were not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, a receipt or cash receipt or other document confirming payment of the specified goods are preserved. Claims

In case of detection of defects in the product, the buyer has the right to: demand replacement of the product of the same brand (the same model and (or) article); request a replacement for the same product of another brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price; demand a commensurate reduction in the purchase price; to demand immediate gratuitous elimination of defects in the goods or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by a consumer or a third party; refuse to perform the contract of sale and demand the return of the amount paid for the goods. At the request of the seller and at his expense, the buyer must return the goods with defects.

If the buyer finds deficiencies in the goods and demands are submitted for replacement, the seller will replace such goods within seven days from the date of presentation of this requirement by the buyer, and if necessary, additional verification of the quality of such goods by the seller - within twenty days from the date of presentation of the specified requirement. 

If the seller, at the time of filing the claim, does not have the goods necessary for the replacement, the replacement must be carried out within one month from the date of filing such a claim. 

Goods of inadequate quality will be replaced by a new product, that is, a product that was not in use.
